Once your credit card has been approved, and your delivery/billing address verified, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. For orders placed and completed before 5pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch the next working day. For oders placed Saturday/Sunday we will dispatch your order the next available working day.
For a prompt delivery we must have accurate and complete address details to ensure we can make one delivery charge per delivery address. Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address, which will be confirmed via email once you place your order.

For addresses outside of the USA and UK, please note that your order will shipped exclusive of import duties, customs charges and additional shipping charges: your order will be shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In certain countries you may also be requested to pay additional import duties and local sales taxes at the point of delivery.
Please note that shipping, import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us in the unlikely event you wish to return your product.
